Asset Management

This is the system that manages and maintains things of value that are used in a business such as buildings, plant and equipment, motor vehicles and computer equipment and software. It can also apply to intangible assets like intellectual property, patents and goodwill.

Asset management is a systemized process of acquiring, operating, monitoring, upgrading and disposing of assets in a cost effective manor but ensuring the best possible service to the user.

An important part of asset management is having a detailed asset register. Our Financial management service can design and implement a system that identifies and controls the age, cost, book value and location of each asset.
